begin meditating by listening to andy puddicombe for i-phone, etc.

online meditation coaching -  the following are simply ones we are familiar with. Headspace is a site that I  (Dr. Ruebsamen) keep on my phone and find extremely useful -- it brings me back to brief, disciplined meditation when I've become lax, and it is portable. I highly recommend it, and suggest it, in particular, for younger adults and students, workers, on the go.

Personally, I like Andy 's voice - he doesn't talk too much or too little - - and is very empowering . . . "the body knows". See him reviewed in a recent New Yorker  article. . . an experienced, solid,  Buddhist teacher who is working hard to transfer some of original language and concepts into words more understandable for the American audience.

You, who are on the road Must have a code
That you can live by.
And so -- Become Yourself
Because the past Is just a good-bye

Teach your children well
Your father's hell did slowly go by
And feed them on your Dreams
The one they pick The one you'll know by
Don't you ever ask them why
If they told you you would cry
So just look at them and sigh
And know they love you.

And you of tender years Can't know the fears
That your elders grew by
And so please help them with your youth
They seek the truth before they can die

Teach your parents well.
The children's hell will slowly go by
And feed them on your dreams
The one they pick The one you'll know by
Don't you ever ask them why -
If they told you you would cry
So just look at them and sigh And know they love yo
u.
